Gold Sea Moss:

We use Gold Chondrus Crispus Sea Moss, the most potent strain among all gold sea moss varieties. While purple sea moss is often regarded as the most nutrient-dense overall, this particular gold strain stands out for its exceptional purity and impressive nutrient profile, making it the strongest of the gold types. Gold Chondrus Crispus is sun-dried and offers a milder taste and scent compared to darker sea moss strains, which makes it not only highly effective but also more pleasant to consume. This is precisely why we choose this specific gold variety, it delivers powerful benefits without the intensity of stronger-smelling sea moss types.

Uses:

• Add 1-2 tbsp daily to power up your smoothies or juices.
