Prep:

To prepare herbs for optimal benefits, steep or simmer them in hot water (just below boiling) for 5-10 minutes, depending on the herb, allowing it to infuse fully and release its active compounds.

Uses:

Use within 6-12 months depending.

Consume 1-2 cups of tea/ or tonic daily.

Storage:

Dried herb Lasts from 6-12 months depending.

Store in pantry or (cool dry place).

Once the herb has been prepared as a tea or tonic, consume it within 1-2 days, storing it in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, covered.
