Sudan & Jamaica Fundraiser - Online Session
We're honoured to be hosting a special 45 minute live fundraising wellness session in support of those affected by the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Sudan and the devastating hurricanes that have impacted communities across Jamaica.
This free online class will be streamed live on Instagram (@NaomiSounds) and TikTok (@Holistic_Bae_), welcoming everyone to join us in a moment of movement, relaxation, and collective support. While the session is free of charge, donations of any amount are warmly welcomed, with all proceeds going towards our fundraising efforts to help those in need.
The session will begin with gentle Pilates inspired movement & mindful yoga flows, led by Zindzi, followed by a deeply relaxing sound bowl meditation led by Nyomi, allowing you to unwind, reconnect, and experience the healing power of sound.
Together, we can come together as a community to support families facing unimaginable challenges. Every donation, no matter the size, will help us raise vital funds for those affected in Sudan and Jamaica.
