Shake gently before use.
Take 1-2 drops under the tongue daily, or topically as needed. (Orally is recommended). 
Can be taken directly, added to warm water or herbal tea, or used topically on skin and scalp.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dark place.

Take 1-2 table spoons, can be taken directly, added to smoothies, shakes, soups, coffee, herbal tea, or used topically on skin and scalp. (Best taken orally). 

Storage:
Store for 14 days in the refrigerator. Can be frozen for up to 3 months, but you must transfer it into a reasonable container.

Take 1-2 tea spoons, and to tea pot or cup of boiled water and let steep for 10-15 minutes before drinking.
Enjoy up to 2 cups of tea a day. Works best on empty stomach so drink 1 hour before your next meal.
