Cancellation Policy

We highly value your dedication to your wellness journey and the time allocated for our sessions. To ensure the best possible experience for both parties, we have put in place the following cancellation and reschedule policy: Cancellation: Should you need to cancel a scheduled session, we kindly request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This will enable us to accommodate other clients and make necessary adjustments to our schedule. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice, the session fee will be non-refundable. Rescheduling: In the event that you need to reschedule a session, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We encourage you to notify us at least 24 hours prior to the original session time. This will provide us with an opportunity to find an alternative time slot that suits both parties. If rescheduling occurs with less than 24 hours' notice, the same policy applies, and the session fee remains non-refundable. Exceptions: We acknowledge that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. If you find yourself in such a scenario, please contact Zindzi as soon as possible, and she will assess the circumstances on a case-by-case basis. We deeply appreciate your comprehension of and adherence to this policy. It allows us to effectively serve all our clients and uphold a consistent and considerate schedule.
